IT Assistant (Hospitality/IT Support): Supporting hotel technology infrastructure, connectivity, equipment, and guest services at Hilton Fiji Beach Resort and Spa with an accent on network administration, hardware and software support, and technology asset management. Focus on installing and maintaining A/V and networking equipment, training end users, processing technology service billing, and documenting repairs.

What you will do
- Respond to technology equipment, connectivity, IT systems, and cellular service requests in line with Technology Network standards.
- Maintain inventories of technology equipment, hardware, software, and related assets.
- Install, configure, and remove A/V, communications, networking, and IT equipment in guest rooms, meeting spaces, and hotel work areas.
- Provide technical support and end-user training for hardware and software issues.
- Process guest equipment and service billing, address concerns, and authorize necessary billing adjustments.
- Document repairs, routine maintenance, and special service requests, escalating issues that require further attention.
Requirements
- Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA, Cisco, or Microsoft.
- Proven experience in IT management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of network and system administration, cybersecurity, and database management.
