What you will do
- Lead high-priority strategic projects supporting International Health's growth, performance, and long-term objectives.
- Conduct market, competitor, customer, and industry analysis to identify opportunities, risks, and emerging trends.
- Develop insights, recommendations, business cases, and executive-level presentations for strategic decision-making.
- Support portfolio strategy development and annual strategy and business planning processes.
- Partner with senior stakeholders across the portfolio to evaluate opportunities, refine priorities, and support execution.
- Evaluate strategic partnerships, market expansion, organic initiatives, and inorganic growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, corporate development, business transformation, or a related strategic discipline.
- Strong financial analysis skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to develop robust business cases and evaluate performance.
- Experience assessing markets, competitors, customers, and growth opportunities.
- Track record of leading strategic projects from initial analysis through recommendation and implementation.
- Ability to influence senior leaders through clear, compelling communication and operate effectively across a global, matrixed organization.
- Strong problem-solving skills, including structuring ambiguous challenges, synthesizing complex information, and translating analysis into actionable recommendations.
