Associate Senior Packaging Technologist (Packaging Development)

Location: Alfaro, Spain; applicants must hold an EU Working Permit or be an EU citizen.

Gross annual target base salary: €46,134–€51,260, plus eligibility for a performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Deliver and support new product development and cost-out projects against annual operating plan commitments.
• Develop new, improved, and cost-efficient packaging solutions within the innovation and cost-out pipeline.
• Create, develop, and implement industrialized packaging solutions while managing risks and quality attributes.
• Drive packaging innovation, sustainability, cost competitiveness, and capability development across the European Packaging team.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships and collaborate with internal stakeholders, customers, and project teams.

Requirements

• Degree in packaging or engineering.
• Experience in packaging development within a complex or matrix organization.
• Understanding of food technology and preservation.
• Good knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other PC software.
• Business fluency in English, written and verbal.
• EU Working Permit or EU citizenship required; work permit sponsorship is not available.
