Manager, Accounts Payable

What you will do

• Lead the accounts payable function and manage a team serving multiple EMEA entities and countries.
• Own the end-to-end AP cycle, including invoice capture, coding, approvals, three-way matching, posting, payment execution, and close activities.
• Manage multi-currency payment runs, vendor master data, employee expenses, corporate cards, and AP-driven cash-flow forecasting inputs.
• Maintain and continuously improve NetSuite workflows, payment templates, AP configuration, and automation processes.
• Monitor AP performance, strengthen controls, support audits, and prevent payment fraud and processing errors.
• Partner with Procurement, Treasury, Tax, FP&A, corporate accounting, IT, and product teams to resolve issues and improve processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of accounts payable experience, preferably in a multi-country, multi-currency, or shared-services EMEA environment.
• Experience leading work, mentoring colleagues, or acting as a subject matter expert; formal people-management experience is not required.
• Hands-on NetSuite experience is strongly preferred; experience with another major ERP and willingness to learn NetSuite may be considered.
• Knowledge of AP controls, VAT treatment, e-invoicing requirements, reporting, reconciliations, and Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are required; additional European languages are a plus.
