Director, Strategic Planning & Corporate Development (Healthcare): Developing and overseeing strategic planning, corporate development, customer partnerships, and growth initiatives in healthcare with an accent on M&A, operational excellence, financial performance, and cross-country collaboration. Focus on evaluating acquisitions and strategic partnerships, leading deal execution and integration planning, and managing complex portfolios, budgets, and stakeholder relationships.

What you will do
- Develop and oversee short-term and long-term strategic business plans aligned with organizational objectives.
- Identify and evaluate mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, strategic partnerships, and other inorganic growth opportunities.
- Lead acquisition processes, investment decisions, deal structures, and integration planning.
- Provide business leadership within the country leadership team and manage global customer accounts and partnerships.
- Establish governance structures, lead executive and operational meetings, and coordinate internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage portfolio performance, budgets, milestones, contractual obligations, and financial outcomes across clinical and commercial programs.
Requirements
- 15+ years of relevant experience in strategy, business development, corporate development, or a related field.
- Management consulting and/or corporate strategy experience is highly preferred.
- Fluency in both Korean and English is required.
- Experience in healthcare or familiarity with clinical research, commercial insights, and healthcare intelligence services is advantageous.
- Experience leading strategic analysis, business planning, partnerships, and M&A initiatives.
