Location: Hybrid work in Bayan Lepas, Penang, Malaysia

What you will do
- Test customer support web portal functionality and identify bugs and improvement opportunities.
- Evaluate the usability and effectiveness of digital support platforms.
- Analyze customer feedback and usage data to identify trends and insights.
- Translate findings into recommendations for portal enhancements.
- Support content strategy by reviewing and organizing portal content for relevance and accessibility.
- Collaborate with the Digital Experience team and project managers on portal enhancement projects, workshops, and planning.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Knowledge Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related IT field.
- Strong interest in web technologies, user experience, and data analysis.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
