SEO and Marketing Specialist (SEO/Social Media): Driving website traffic and audience growth through SEO, short-form content, and social media advertising with an accent on keyword research, technical SEO, and performance analytics. Focus on connecting social engagement with website conversions, optimizing campaigns, and coordinating website content updates.
Location: Ortigas, Alabang, Pampanga, or Cebu, Philippines. WFH, onsite, and hybrid arrangements are available. Work schedule: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM AEST / 6:00 AM–3:00 PM Philippines time.

What you will do
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and technical SEO strategies.
- Monitor website performance and organic search metrics to identify optimization opportunities.
- Plan, create, and schedule short-form videos, reels, and social media posts.
- Develop and manage social media advertising campaigns, including Instagram ads.
- Use social media to drive website traffic, support conversions, and refine content strategy.
- Coordinate website content updates and collaborate with technical resources on complex changes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in SEO and social media marketing or a related area.
- Proficiency with SEO and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.
- Experience with social media scheduling, short-form video, static content, and advertising platforms such as Meta/Instagram Ads Manager.
- Basic understanding of website content management and technical update coordination.
- Strong analytical, written communication, organizational, and time management skills.
