What you will do
- Coordinate schedules for approximately 11 Field Service Engineers.
- Assign interventions, preventive maintenance, and machine installations based on skills, location, urgency, and other criteria.
- Send and track parts deliveries required for service assignments.
- Monitor appointments, parts orders, and customer visit confirmations.
- Update service dashboards, including engineer availability and response time.
- Coordinate communication with Account Managers and Field Service Engineers.
Requirements
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple activities.
- 1–3 years of industry or related customer service experience.
- Fluent written and spoken Turkish and English.
- Experience in marking and coding, industrial automation, or a related industry is advantageous.
- Salesforce or CRM experience is advantageous.
