Specialist, Global KYC & Due Diligence (Crypto)

Location: London, UK; in-office collaboration is expected 10+ days per month

What you will do

• Conduct corporate due diligence for hirify.global’s global business engagements.
• Perform customer due diligence and enhanced due diligence for customers onboarding to regulated subsidiaries.
• Complete KYC analysis, risk profiling, watchlist screening, and negative-news screening.
• Research and analyze information from public databases and websites, identify gaps, and recommend actions.
• Document and communicate findings, recommendations, and escalations to compliance management and internal stakeholders.
• Perform periodic risk-based reviews and support special due diligence projects.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of AML, OFAC, or sanctions-screening experience.
• Knowledge of AML and OFAC regulations, requirements, and tools.
• Strong public-data research, analytical, and report-writing skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and curiosity.

Nice to have

• CAMS certification.
• Fluency in additional languages.
• FinTech or crypto experience.
