Growth Support Specialist

What you will do

• Support CRM requests, pipeline reports, relationship activity tracking, due-date monitoring, and dashboard coordination.
• Prepare presentations, pursuit documents, charts, graphics, tables, speaker notes, and handouts.
• Collaborate with market developers and pursuit leaders on seminars, conferences, meetings, and networking events.
• Capture account, contact, opportunity, activity, industry, and local-market data in the CRM.
• Review pursuit deliverables for brand compliance, risk compliance, and document quality.
• Collaborate with growth support leaders, ESS subfunctions, and internal client service teams.

Requirements

• Associate degree or at least two years of experience in a related field.
• Effective communication with diverse audiences.
• Strong grammar, proofreading, organization, prioritization, time management, and attention to detail.
• Ability to prepare professional presentations and balance multiple tasks and projects.
• Ability to respond positively to changing circumstances and implement improvements.
