What you will do
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from ERP, CRM, and operational systems to identify trends and actionable insights.
- Build and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reports for business users and leadership.
- Write SQL queries and use analytics tools to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets.
- Collaborate with finance, operations, supply chain, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into data requirements.
- Present findings through clear visualizations and recommendations.
- Support data migration, integration, quality initiatives, and documentation of data processes and methodologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or analytical field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Proficiency in SQL and relational databases such as SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
- Experience creating dashboards and reports with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Experience with ERP/CRM data flows, including systems such as SAP, Infor LN, or Salesforce, in a manufacturing environment.
- Fluency in both Italian and English is required.
Nice to have
- Experience with cloud data platforms such as Databricks or Delta Lake.
- Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and metadata documentation.
- Experience using Python or R for data analysis.
- Exposure to Agile environments and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Git.
