Head of Business Development – Sportsbook, LATAM

Location: Remote - Mexico; travel within Latin America and attendance at conferences and customer meetings are required.

What you will do

• Drive new commercial opportunities across the sportsbook and betting sectors in Latin America.
• Identify prospects, understand their business challenges, and match hirify.global products and services to customer needs.
• Build solution-oriented partnerships and consistently close complex, high-value deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop winning solutions for betting partners.
• Represent hirify.global at conferences, meetings, and industry events across Latin America.
• Develop toward managing and leading a business development team over the long term.

Requirements

• Proven success in B2B consultative sales and a consistent record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Experience in the betting industry or selling to betting clients in LATAM.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
• Experience consistently closing six-figure or larger deals.
• Strong commercial creativity, deal-making, communication, presentation, numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel within Latin America and meet customers face-to-face.

Nice to have

• Portuguese fluency.
• Genuine interest in sports and experience working with sports-focused colleagues.
