Contractor: Forward Deployed Engineer, Pendo Predict

Location: Herzliya, Israel; hybrid work from hirify.global's Herzliya office. Availability to work US EST hours is required.

What you will do

• Run technical discovery with customers to assess analytics maturity, data availability, and business processes.
• Design data models and define business metrics for predictive models using hirify.global, Salesforce, Snowflake, and other data warehouses.
• Build and present customer-specific predictions, explaining methodology, accuracy, and activation to technical stakeholders.
• Guide customer IT and data teams through integrations, optimize model parameters, and resolve data quality and configuration issues.
• Help customers turn predictions into repeatable playbooks for Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams.
• Enable internal champions and share field learnings with Product and Engineering to influence the roadmap.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in pre-sales engineering, technical account management, or a similar customer-facing technical role in B2B SaaS.
• Strong hands-on SQL skills, including exploring unfamiliar schemas, building data models, and validating data quality.
• Ability to lead technical discovery and explain complex concepts to business, data, and engineering stakeholders.
• Comfort with ambiguity, ownership, and independently shaping solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Must be based in Israel, work hybrid from the Herzliya office, and be available during US EST hours.

Nice to have

• Background in data, analytics, business intelligence, analytics engineering, or data science.
• Experience with Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Azure Synapse, or Salesforce data structures.
• Familiarity with hirify.global, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
• Exposure to machine learning concepts such as model training, evaluation, and explainability.
