Quality Engineer (MedTech)

Location: Jacksonville, Florida, United States of America; onsite C shift, 6:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.

What you will do

• Review electronic and manual device history records for quality standards and initiate nonconformances for documentation issues.
• Conduct, develop, review, and approve investigations into quality events and nonconformances.
• Support root-cause investigations, material segregation, and defect classification.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, FDA requirements, and ISO regulations.
• Apply quality tools and develop metrics for manufacturing processes and customer feedback.
• Drive process improvements and strengthen the quality culture as a change agent.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in engineering or a related technical field.
• 0–2 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of product and process risk management, including FDA and ISO standards.
• Ability to troubleshoot manufacturing processes and equipment hands-on and apply sound judgment.
• Working knowledge of GMP/ISO regulations and regulated manufacturing environments.

Nice to have

• Experience in a regulated or manufacturing environment.
• Technical understanding of manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Experience with hands-on troubleshooting and problem solving.
