What you will do
- Provide frontline support for clinical and business applications within the Managed Services division.
- Respond to application support requests and incidents within defined SLAs while maintaining clear customer communication.
- Maintain accurate and relevant application and team documentation.
- Build relationships with software vendors to secure effective application support.
- Assist with application upgrades, security patches, smaller analyst-led projects, and basic project coordination.
- Learn healthcare workflows and support the full application lifecycle from implementation through decommissioning and data archiving.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, Computer Sciences, or a related field, or relevant education and 5+ years of industry experience.
- 0–2 years of experience in healthcare IT or an equivalent IT application analyst position.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Availability for an on-call rotation providing 24x7 support and travel as necessary may be required for some roles.
