Country Manager - Saudi (Fintech)

Location: Must be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

What you will do

• Define and implement the Saudi Arabia country strategy in alignment with global goals.
• Build and manage operational infrastructure while optimizing payment processes, efficiency, and conversion rates.
• Develop and negotiate strategic relationships with SAMA, banks, acquirers, payment processors, and other ecosystem stakeholders.
• Coordinate with expansion, product, technology, legal, and compliance teams on roadmaps and partnership integrations.
• Use market insights and performance data to improve operations and deliver growth across KSA payment segments.
• Represent the business at industry events and build a strong professional network in Saudi Arabia.

Requirements

• Must be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory.
• Strong experience in the Saudi payments or financial services sector.
• Deep understanding of Saudi market dynamics, regulatory requirements, and the local payments ecosystem.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects, managing teams, negotiating commercial agreements, and developing business strategy.
• Analytical approach, strong communication and relationship management skills, and the ability to work across global teams and time zones.
