Master Data Architect (Databricks)

What you will do

• Provide technical leadership for data scientists and data developers building, enhancing, and maintaining data products.
• Define secure and performant architectures for pipelines, data lakes, data meshes, and other data products.
• Translate business and technical requirements into viable solutions, frameworks, and delivery approaches.
• Align technical solutions with client needs and collaborate with strategy, customer experience, product, and program management teams.
• Lead data assessments and modernization engagements focused on incremental, measurable business value.
• Coordinate delivery with teams across Mexico, North America, Brazil, and other Latin American countries.

Requirements

• Advanced or fluent English at C1 level or above.
• Advanced or fluent Spanish at C1 level or above.
• Solid experience in data architecture design and technical leadership.
• Experience designing, developing, and deploying data pipelines, data lakes, data meshes, and other data products.
• Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, or similar cloud data platforms.
• Experience with data pipeline orchestration, workflow automation, and translating business problems into data solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience with consultative data assessments and data modernization engagements.
• Knowledge of data governance principles and experience with CI/CD or MLOps pipelines.
• Experience presenting data solutions to non-technical audiences and collaborating with pre-sales.
• Experience building proofs of concept, scaling data workloads, or developing complex technical mechanisms.
• Familiarity with AI engagements, agentic coding, and Google Cloud Platform.
