About the Role
You will identify, measure, and manage operational risks. You will develop the operational-risk framework, advise the business on risks and controls, facilitate risk assessments, manage risk governance, and report findings to management and the board.

- Technical understanding of processes and systems

Responsibilities
- Develop the operational risk framework
- Run risk assessments and turn findings into business actions
- Advise the business on operational risk, incidents, and controls
- Facilitate risk self-assessment workshops
- Register and track identified risks and incidents
- Provide ICAAP input and report to management and the board
- Govern the Product Approval Process
- Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement
