What you will do
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting and sourcing through interviewing and onboarding.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach.
- Screen and interview candidates, then provide recommendations to hiring managers.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Provide timely communication and feedback to support a positive candidate experience.
- Track recruitment metrics, apply data-informed decisions, and embed DEIA principles into hiring activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment or a related HR role.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and manage sensitive, confidential information.
- Experience applying DEIA principles in recruitment.
