hirify.global is delivering an oil, gas, and water surface construction project requiring electrical and instrumentation field supervision.

What you will do

  • Supervise daily electrical and instrumentation construction activities and contractor crews.
  • Oversee cable pulling, terminations, instrument installation, panels, junction boxes, and electrical equipment installation.
  • Track construction progress, work-front readiness, manpower allocation, and deviations.
  • Coordinate with engineering, commissioning, operations, and other disciplines during brownfield and greenfield work.
  • Support loop testing, instrument calibration, energization preparation, functional testing, and handover documentation.
  • Maintain red-line markups, as-built updates, work packages, cable schedules, termination sheets, and loop documentation.

Requirements

  • BSc in Instrumentation, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in oil and gas E&I construction.
  • Experience supervising E&I construction crews and contractors.
  • Strong understanding of LV/MV electrical distribution, instrument installation and calibration, loop testing, and commissioning workflows.
  • Ability to manage multiple work fronts with close attention to quality, safety, and execution details.
  • Iraqi nationals are preferred.
