TL;DR
SEO Specialist (AI): Building and scaling organic growth across landing pages, programmatic pages, blogs, and international markets with an accent on technical SEO, topical coverage, and revenue-focused acquisition. Focus on expanding thousands of keyword-targeted pages, designing backlink and hreflang systems, and optimizing crawlability, indexation, rendering, and conversion performance.

Location: On-site in Almaty, Kazakhstan; relocation support is available.

What you will do

  • Own the SEO strategy end to end, prioritizing non-branded organic traffic by market, language, and revenue potential.
  • Build and expand topical maps across use cases, tools, models, formats, and languages.
  • Own SEO surfaces including landing pages, programmatic pages, and the blog, covering briefs, information architecture, internal linking, and on-page conversion.
  • Develop backlink growth through digital PR, linkable assets, partnerships, and product-led link loops.
  • Lead technical SEO at scale, including crawlability, indexation, rendering, structured data, Core Web Vitals, and hreflang architecture.
  • Run dashboards, queries, weekly delivery cycles, and performance reporting with writers, vendors, and engineers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of SEO experience, including 2+ years leading SEO at a high-growth consumer company.
  • Proven experience building or rebuilding topical maps with hundreds or thousands of keyword-targeted pages and measurable ranking and revenue outcomes.
  • Deep technical SEO expertise covering crawl budget, log files, rendering, indexation, structured data, and internationalization.
  • Successful experience with link building through digital PR, linkable assets, and partnerships.
  • Strong command of Search Console, Ahrefs or Semrush, funnels, and search queries.
  • Experience managing hybrid teams of in-house specialists, agencies, and freelance writers; independent and comfortable leading complex projects in a fast-paced startup environment.

  • Experience with programmatic SEO and localization across 10+ languages.
