Operational Product Manager (iGaming)

Develops and operates a casino platform that helps online casino operators launch, manage, and scale their businesses.

What you will do

• Coordinate day-to-day operational activities for the Platform Product Team.
• Identify inefficiencies and improve product processes, workflows, and ways of working.
• Coordinate communication across Product, Engineering, Operations, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and facilitate meetings, workshops, and working sessions, including agendas, decision records, and action-item follow-up.
• Maintain product documentation, process guidelines, reports, and stakeholder updates.
• Support new process implementation and strategic or operational initiatives assigned by the Head of Platform.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in product management, product operations, or a similar product-focused role.
• Experience with casino platforms or iGaming products.
• Understanding of software development processes, product development lifecycles, and operational workflows.
• Good technical knowledge and the ability to communicate effectively with Engineering and technical teams.
• Strong organizational, time-management, meeting facilitation, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in English and Russian is required.
