Head of Total Reward (f/m/d)

Location: Hybrid, based at one of hirify.global's locations in Europe, with occasional travel to other locations

What you will do

• Own and evolve the company-wide job architecture, levelling, and compensation benchmarking framework.
• Automate benchmarking and maintain a current view of market compensation across multiple European markets.
• Design and implement compensation reviews, variable pay structures, benefits proposals, and pay decisions.
• Partner with People BPs, Finance, and Legal on reward strategy, employment tax, pay transparency, and compliance.
• Build an AI-backed reward knowledge base and create micro-learnings and employee sessions.
• Over time, build and lead a small total reward team.

Requirements

• Extensive experience leading total reward in fast-paced, high-growth European companies.
• Experience building or scaling job architecture and compensation frameworks.
• Experience leading compensation reviews from benchmarking through implementation.
• Experience designing benefits or variable pay proposals adopted by senior leadership or a board.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and advanced Excel or Sheets skills.
• Fluent English is required. Other European languages are advantageous.
