Management & Research Officer

What you will do

• Conduct research and analysis on the banking industry, new regulations, and peer institutions.
• Draft bilingual Chinese-English analytical reports and management materials.
• Support integrated development and intensive operation across regional institutions, departments, and business lines.
• Research and help resolve cross-institution, cross-department, and cross-business-line issues.
• Organize and coordinate key management meetings and bank events, including agendas, meeting support, and follow-up actions.
• Complete additional tasks assigned by the Head of Department.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in banking, financial services, or consulting is an asset.
• Strong research, analytical, logical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Fluency in both Chinese and English is essential.
• Strong communication, organization, coordination, teamwork, and deadline-management skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of French.
