Accountant (NetSuite): Managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, payment runs, and financial reporting across Estonian and European entities with an accent on accurate bookkeeping, cross-border accounting, and NetSuite migration. Focus on supporting month-end and year-end closings, maintaining high-quality financial data, and collaborating with auditors, vendors, customers, and the finance team.
Location: Hybrid role based in Tallinn, Estonia; candidates must be based in Estonia and authorised to work there
Salary: €2,500 gross per month

What you will do
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoice processing, reconciliations, and payment runs.
- Process accounting activities across entities in Estonia and other European countries.
- Support the migration to NetSuite by maintaining accurate, high-quality financial data.
- Contribute to timely month-end and year-end closings, reporting, and reconciliations.
- Collaborate with the Finance and Controlling team, local auditors, vendors, and customers.
Requirements
- Based in Estonia and authorised to work in Estonia.
- 2–4 years of accounting experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, or bookkeeping.
- Accounting degree or similar qualification.
- Strong skills in bookkeeping, reconciliations, invoice management, and payment processing.
- Strong Excel skills and fluent English.
- Accurate, detail-oriented, reliable, and collaborative working style.

- NetSuite experience.
