What you will do
- Identify and onboard viable businesses within the assigned geographical area.
- Engage customers to increase business account usage and eligibility for credit products.
- Review, analyze, and approve or decline loan requests using available business and financial data.
- Visit prospective borrowers’ business premises to assess records, inventory, and turnover.
- Monitor active loan portfolios, account usage, and repayment performance.
- Achieve gross loan portfolio and profitability targets while minimizing defaults.
Requirements
- Must be resident in Abia, specifically Ohafia, Osisioma, Abia North, or Abia Central.
- Minimum OND in a business-related discipline.
- At least 2 years of sales experience for credit products in a financial institution.
- Demonstrable knowledge of credit risk analysis.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Agility and perseverance in field-based credit and portfolio management.
