HR Business Partner

Location: Piraeus, Attica, Greece — on-site

What you will do

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities across headquarters and operational facilities.
• Advise managers and employees on HR matters, maintain organizational structures and personnel documentation, and ensure consistent HR processes.
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and workforce metrics to support management decisions.
• Coordinate learning and development activities, training needs, performance reviews, MBOs, development plans, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Support compliance with internal policies, Greek labor legislation, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Administer Digital Work Card processes, support HRMS/MSS/ESS implementation, and contribute to HR digitalization and transformation projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, or operational environments.
• Hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, learning and development, performance management, and HR reporting.
• Strong understanding of Greek labor legislation and HR compliance requirements.
• Experience with HR systems and employee data, plus strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English; strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Nice to have

• MSc in Human Resource Management or a related discipline.
• Experience in large multinational organizations or manufacturing, industrial, shipping, or other operational environments.
• Experience with HRMS, MSS, ESS, payroll systems, or Digital Work Card implementation.
• Experience in HR projects, process improvement, digitalization, performance management, learning and development, or employee engagement.
