Data Analyst (AI)

What you will do

• Apply statistical and mathematical methods to optimize player retention and game revenue.
• Analyze large and complex datasets to answer business questions and understand player behavior.
• Build dashboards and reports covering key business metrics and player experience.
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to implement features and processes that improve user experience.
• Use AI tools alongside hands-on analytical skills to generate and implement new ideas.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in business analysis, product analysis, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience analyzing large datasets in a B2C-focused role.
• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or an equivalent background.
• Strong SQL skills and experience querying large, complex datasets.
• Extensive knowledge of A/B testing and statistical methods.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills for working with technical and non-technical teams.

Nice to have

• Strong statistical and mathematical background.
• Experience with Python, Pandas, SciPy, NumPy, Matplotlib, and Seaborn.
