What you will do

• Own the technical foundation of the web acquisition platform, including frontend architecture, component libraries, deployment, and performance.
• Build and evolve the Growth Operating System connecting structured content, design systems, experimentation, analytics, automation, and AI-assisted workflows.
• Improve discoverability through technical SEO, structured data, AI search, and emerging search technologies.
• Develop analytics, event instrumentation, server-side tracking, Conversion APIs, attribution, and marketing measurement.
• Build experimentation infrastructure for personalization, feature flags, A/B testing, and continuous optimization.
• Create internal tooling and AI-enabled workflows for marketers, designers, copywriters, editors, localization teams, and engineers.

Requirements

• Experience with React, Next.js, TypeScript, and modern frontend engineering.
• Experience with technical SEO, structured content, AI search, web analytics, and event instrumentation.
• Knowledge of server-side tracking, Conversion APIs, marketing attribution, experimentation platforms, and A/B testing.
• Experience with Core Web Vitals, frontend performance, APIs, integrations, automation, and component-driven architectures.
• Familiarity with headless CMS platforms, deployment platforms such as Vercel, internal tooling, developer platforms, and AI-assisted software development.
• Ability to work across Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Analytics, make product-oriented decisions, and evaluate outcomes through experiments and data.
