Finance Manager (IoT)

Location: Hybrid in Petah Tikva, Israel

What you will do

• Manage monthly closing, consolidation, and balance sheet analysis.
• Lead annual standalone and consolidated financial statements, tax returns, and statutory filings.
• Oversee subsidiary accounting and ensure compliance with Group accounting policies.
• Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, accruals, reconciliations, payments, and ERP maintenance.
• Review and approve payroll and payments while managing and mentoring accounting and payroll team members.
• Partner with FP&A and operational teams on financial analysis and business needs, reporting directly to the CFO.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Financial Controller after an internship.
• Experience working in a global company.
• Strong understanding of consolidated financial reporting and accounting principles.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite is required.
• Experience managing accounting and payroll teams, with strong analytical and communication skills.
• Fluent English, written and verbal.
