TL;DR
Director, Sustainability Strategy (Sustainability/Data Governance): Building scalable data governance, digital platforms, and reporting capabilities for sustainability and safety metrics across Operating Units, bottling partners, and global functions with an accent on data quality, traceability, controls, and reporting readiness. Focus on translating business needs into IT requirements, improving master data management, and supporting Enablon-based solutions, analytics, and assurance processes.

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States. Full-time onsite role with 00%–25% travel. Applicants must already be authorized to work full-time in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: USD 171,000–198,000 annually, plus a 30% annual incentive reference value.

What you will do

  • Strengthen sustainability and safety data governance across Operating Units, bottling partners, SMEs, and corporate functions.
  • Improve data quality, traceability, controls, and readiness for voluntary and regulatory reporting, including sustainability reports, CSRD, and CARB disclosures.
  • Translate business needs into data, digital, and IT requirements and support delivery with technology teams.
  • Develop scalable data, analytics, visualization, master data, and reporting solutions with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Identify digitization opportunities and support the rollout of Enablon and similar platforms across Operating Units and the bottling system.
  • Lead process improvements, testing, system validation, troubleshooting, and sustainability performance reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, engineering, statistics, data management, business, or a related field preferred.
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience in supply chain, QSE, sustainability, data governance, reporting, or a related function.
  • Experience with sustainability or safety data collection, validation, analysis, governance, controls, reporting readiness, and disclosure support.
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear data, digital, and IT requirements.
  • Experience with sustainability, EHS, QSE, or enterprise data management platforms and tools.
  • Strong project management, analytical, problem-solving, leadership, influencing, and stakeholder management skills; fluent English required.
