Hotel Marketing - Marketing Executive (Hospitality)

Location: Muscat, Oman; Omani nationals only

What you will do

• Build relationships with media partners, influencers, corporate contacts, agencies, and vendors to increase hotel visibility and support revenue growth.
• Support marketing initiatives for Rooms, Conference & Banqueting, and Food & Beverage operations.
• Create promotional designs, digital content, advertisements, flyers, social media posts, and other visual materials in line with brand standards.
• Plan and manage hotel social media content, including captions, scheduling, engagement monitoring, photography, and video shoots.
• Assist with campaigns, events, promotions, partnerships, marketing budgets, and performance reporting.
• Monitor website traffic, social metrics, guest feedback, industry trends, and competitor activity, providing improvement recommendations.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar marketing or PR role.
• Previous experience in an international brand environment in Oman or the GCC region is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, content creation, branding, and hospitality marketing.
• Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Good photography and videography skills, plus strong communication, networking, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Must be an Omani national and communicate in Arabic and English.
