Information Technology Manager (Hospitality)

What you will do

• Oversee the security, integrity, maintenance, and performance of hotel IT systems.
• Develop and implement IT strategies, audit system hardware and software, and report findings for business decisions.
• Coordinate business readiness, contingency activities, system installations, user acceptance, and compliance KPIs.
• Manage negotiations and project delivery for IT installation, service, maintenance, licensing, and upgrade agreements.
• Review system performance, recommend efficiency improvements, and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
• Ensure IT procedures, legislation, due diligence, and audit requirements are documented and followed.

• Proven experience in IT with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent leadership skills with a hands-on, lead-by-example approach.
• Ability to develop creative solutions and provide practical recommendations.
