What you will do
- Monitor the health, performance, availability, and business-critical customer journeys of web and mobile applications.
- Investigate recurring incidents, service degradation, outages, and performance issues using observability platforms.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions with development teams.
- Maintain operational runbooks, knowledge base articles, and support documentation.
- Improve dashboards, alerts, reporting, service health indicators, monitoring coverage, and alert quality.
- Coordinate with Observability and DevOps specialists, internal teams, and external partners during critical incidents.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in application support, site reliability, or service operations.
- Strong experience managing and troubleshooting complex L2/L3 incidents.
- Experience investigating service degradation, performance issues, and availability incidents.
- Hands-on experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Grafana, or New Relic.
- Exposure to cloud environments including Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Strong communication skills for managing technical and business stakeholders during critical situations.
Nice to have
- Understanding of modern web applications, APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Familiarity with distributed tracing, synthetic monitoring, and digital experience monitoring.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, or Agile methodologies.
- Hospitality industry experience and experience working in multidisciplinary, multicultural, and geographically distributed teams.
