Content Creator & Social Media Specialist (Hospitality)

Location: Doha, Qatar; onsite hotel-based role with availability for shoots, events, and other hotel activities

What you will do

• Create engaging, on-brand photo, video, and written content for social media channels.
• Manage daily scheduling, publishing, community engagement, and social media updates.
• Coordinate photo and video shoots with internal departments, models, and external agencies.
• Develop influencer marketing strategies and maintain influencer relationships and databases.
• Plan paid social media campaigns, track performance, and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Monitor social media trends, emerging platforms, and relevant best practices.

Requirements

• Fluent English for business writing and speaking.
• Proven experience in social media content creation, writing, editing, and storytelling.
• Ability to create and edit visually engaging photo and video content.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
• Experience with social media platforms, scheduling and analytics tools, and paid social advertising.
• Strong collaboration, organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
