IT Manager (Hospitality)

What you will do

• Oversee the security, integrity, maintenance, and performance of hotel IT systems.
• Develop and implement IT strategies, audit system software and hardware, and report findings for business decision-making.
• Coordinate business readiness, contingency activities, system installations, user acceptance, and compliance KPIs.
• Manage negotiations and projects for IT installation, service, and maintenance agreements.
• Maintain software licensing and upgrades while ensuring system efficiencies and compliance with legislation.
• Build stakeholder relationships and recommend improvements that increase efficiency and business value.

Requirements

• Nigerian nationality is required.
• Proven IT experience with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent leadership skills and a hands-on, lead-by-example approach.
• Commitment to exceptional guest service and an interest in hospitality.
• Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to provide advice and recommendations.
• Personal integrity and the ability to work in a demanding environment.
