Community Manager (Organic Social Media)

What you will do

• Plan, create, and schedule organic content for Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube.
• Write engaging captions and calls to action aligned with brand tone and goals.
• Manage daily community interactions, including direct messages, comments, mentions, and tags.
• Interact proactively with followers and potential audiences to increase reach and engagement.
• Monitor trends, recommend timely content ideas, and analyze performance to optimize future posts.
• Collaborate with designers and video editors when needed.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in organic social media or community management.
• Strong writing and copywriting skills with a witty, polished, and adaptable style.
• Proficiency with social media tools such as Later, Sprout, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite.
• Deep understanding of platform algorithms, trends, and analytics.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
