Director, Client Consulting - Technology (Payments)

Location: Bangkok, Thailand; at least 3 days in the office

What you will do

• Own and grow Technology Advisory revenue targets in Thailand.
• Identify, shape, and convert consulting opportunities with key clients.
• Develop proposals, business cases, executive presentations, and integrated client solutions.
• Lead digital and technology transformation projects from business development through implementation.
• Advise C-suite and senior executives on technology transformation priorities and translate investments into measurable business outcomes.
• Manage multi-workstream engagements, project governance, risks, stakeholder alignment, delivery quality, and multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in consulting, technology strategy, enterprise architecture, digital transformation, or financial services technology leadership.
• Experience advising CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, COOs, and Heads of Digital.
• Proven track record leading large-scale transformation programs.
• End-to-end expertise in payment systems integration, data management, security infrastructure, and robust payment solutions.
• Strong commercial, analytical, communication, presentation, and structured-thinking skills.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and build consulting business capabilities.

Nice to have

• Consulting and technology experience in credit cards or payments.
