Project Director (Project Management)

What you will do

• Oversee strategic regional projects, business strategies, and execution plans.
• Manage client projects and project teams to deliver within schedule and budget.
• Provide governance and support an integrated project delivery model.
• Review capital funding requests and project stage gates for compliance, cost, and schedule efficiency.
• Lead regional reviews and meetings, identifying risks and escalating issues when needed.
• Drive best practices and lessons learned across safety, schedule, cost, quality, and sustainability.

Requirements

• 10+ years of increasing responsibility in complex capital projects and programs.
• Experience in data centre construction, hi-tech complex projects, or hi-tech manufacturing.
• Understanding of MEP, health and safety, commissioning, completion, and handover.
• Degree or comparable experience in project management, engineering, or construction.
• Business management experience in construction, including P&L responsibility, strategy, and operations.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, data analysis, and cross-discipline collaboration skills.
