What you will do
- Lead Customer Service Associates in UKH collections voice operations.
- Drive performance against targets, KPIs, and agreed SLA requirements.
- Review individual performance, identify service-delivery barriers, and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and company policies.
- Run team meetings and individual status sessions while maintaining effective communication across teams.
- Support team-building initiatives, company activities, and periods of organizational change.
- Work with Operations Support, Training, and HR to coach team members and support development plans.
Requirements
- Matric Certificate.
- At least 2 years of team leader experience.
- Experience in debt collections.
- Ability to support performance management, coaching, and customer service delivery.
- Work location: Cape Town, South Africa.
