Senior Graphics and Illustration Specialist (AI)

Location: Hybrid role based in Sydney or Melbourne, Australia, with remote flexibility and regular campus collaboration

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end production of locally relevant graphics and illustration content.
• Set visual direction and provide high-quality craft feedback across the team.
• Shape AI-assisted workflows, including AI-generated content, from experimentation through publication.
• Use data, search signals, and market insights to identify content opportunities and define production priorities.
• Ensure graphics and illustration assets meet standards for craft, metadata, and discoverability.
• Collaborate with regional, platform, and operational teams to improve production and share expertise with the Motion and Illustration team.

Requirements

• Strong graphics and illustration craft.
• Strong creative direction and critique skills, including guiding creatives and setting clear visual direction.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted production.
• Ability to use data and insights to inform creative decisions while maintaining craft quality.
• Ability to connect creative decisions with user needs and broader goals.
• Ability to work from Sydney or Melbourne, Australia, in a hybrid arrangement.

Nice to have

• Motion design skills.
• Curiosity about different cultures and experience creating genuinely local content.
