ServiceNow Technical Architect (AI): Designing and implementing ServiceNow technical solutions across ITSM, ITOM, and SPM in an enterprise technology environment with an accent on cloud computing, networking, cybersecurity, and ITOM Discovery. Focus on solving complex technical problems, collaborating with stakeholders, and supporting account delivery and customer satisfaction.
Location: Eton Cyberpod 2, Quezon City, Philippines

What you will do
- Design and implement technical solutions in ServiceNow across ITSM, ITOM, and SPM.
- Apply expert knowledge of ITOM Discovery and IT service management principles.
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
- Analyze complex technical problems and develop creative solutions.
- Support account delivery, account management, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 6–8 years of relevant ServiceNow experience, including at least 6 years in a similar technical architecture role.
- Expert-level ServiceNow ITOM Discovery certification.
- Strong technical knowledge of cloud computing, networking, and cybersecurity.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work onsite in Quezon City, Philippines.
