Photo Editing Team Lead (Adobe Lightroom/Photoshop): Leading a Manila-based team of photo-editing specialists delivering high-quality galleries for global photography customers with an accent on task allocation, SLA tracking, production quality, and team utilization. Focus on mentoring editors, resolving workflow blockers, maintaining delivery documentation, and supporting hands-on editing for special cases.
Location: 100% onsite in Ortigas, Metro Manila, Philippines; shifting schedule

What you will do
- Lead and mentor a team of photo-editing specialists.
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, troubleshoot blockers, and meet service-level agreements.
- Track multiple concurrent projects, deadlines, and delivery documentation.
- Support hands-on production work for special cases when needed.
- Maintain internal trackers and serve as the central contact for updates and delivery communications.
- Improve team utilization, productivity, engagement, and gross-margin impact.
Requirements
- Strong people-management skills, including experience with Performance Improvement Plans.
- Experience using Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop.
- Comfortable communicating in English.
- Quality-focused, organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving, workflow-management, and process-organization skills.
- Willingness to work 100% onsite in Ortigas on a shifting schedule.
Nice to have
- Video-editing experience.
- Familiarity with AI tools, workflows, or automation.
- Curiosity about experimenting with new technologies.
