Senior UX/UI Product Designer (3D Printing)

hirify.global develops 3D printing technology and software for product design, prototyping, manufacturing, and medical applications.

What you will do

• Own product experiences from early exploration through launch across hirify.global.com, desktop software, web applications, mobile experiences, and embedded printer interfaces.
• Translate customer insights and complex technical problems into intuitive, high-quality user experiences.
• Conduct interviews, usability testing, analytics reviews, and product usage research to validate ideas.
• Create prototypes at different levels of fidelity and guide features from concepts to polished production experiences.
• Evaluate end-to-end customer journeys and identify opportunities to improve quality, consistency, and usability.
• Present concepts, prototypes, and strategic initiatives to product, engineering, marketing, and executive stakeholders while contributing to scalable design systems.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience taking products from ambiguous ideas through research, iteration, and successful launch.
• Deep expertise with Figma and modern product design workflows.
• Experience collaborating closely with product managers and engineers in Agile environments.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
• Ability to design technically complex products and advocate for decisions using evidence while remaining open to feedback.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Budapest, Hungary.

Nice to have

• Background in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Interest or experience in 3D printing, CAD, computational geometry, manufacturing software, or other technical domains.
• Experience designing desktop applications, embedded interfaces, or sophisticated web products.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Electron, Qt, or QML.
