Internal Recruiter (Talent Acquisition)

Location: Lutterworth, United Kingdom; 4 days in the office

Annual base pay: GBP 34,020–GBP 37,800

What you will do

• Source and engage frontline sales and operational candidates through proactive recruitment campaigns.
• Screen candidates for commercial capability, operational experience, cultural alignment, availability, and site-specific requirements.
• Manage end-to-end interview processes, including complex interview loops and candidate communication.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and progression in enterprise Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Partner with hiring managers to monitor hiring targets, resolve pipeline bottlenecks, and improve offer acceptance.

Requirements

• Proven end-to-end recruitment experience in an agency or internal environment.
• Advanced experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean logic, and targeted sourcing strategies.
• Ability to manage high application volumes and multiple open roles while maintaining quality and speed.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
• Strong commercial communication, stakeholder management, organization, and candidate engagement skills.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week and attend the Lutterworth office 4 days per week.
