About the Role
You will serve as the primary contact for customers, handle inquiries and complaints professionally, and escalate issues when needed. You will keep current on Wave products, use active listening to identify needs and provide solutions, and contribute to team meetings and service improvements.
Requirements
- Fluency in French, Fulani, Malinké and Soussou
- 2 years of experience in a comparable call-center or customer-service position
- Ability to work flexible schedules
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
- Escalate issues as necessary
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Wave products
- Use active listening to identify customer needs and provide solutions
- Participate in team meetings and continuous-improvement initiatives
