AI Search Manager

Location: New York City, United States; on-site

Base salary: $80,000–$120,000 annually; anticipated on-target earnings: $100,000–$150,000

What you will do

• Onboard and activate clients, and educate them on using hirify.global to improve visibility in AI search.
• Review websites, content, and search performance to identify opportunities across search and generative AI platforms.
• Prepare and co-lead advisory sessions with brands and agencies, developing GEO strategies and roadmaps.
• Provide strategic guidance and hands-on support for day-to-day GEO questions.
• Manage a client portfolio, monitor usage and account health, and identify churn risks or expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Growth, and Product on activation journeys, case studies, and customer enablement materials.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of hands-on SEO or organic growth experience in an agency, in-house, or SaaS environment.
• Strong knowledge of SEO fundamentals, including technical SEO basics, content strategy, and search intent.
• Comfort working directly with clients and presenting clear, actionable recommendations.
• Ability to explain SEO concepts simply to marketing and brand teams.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills for client calls, workshops, and recommendations.
• Interest in generative search and motivation to learn quickly in the emerging AI search space.

Nice to have

• Experience at a top-tier SEO agency or on client-facing SEO projects.
• Experience with AI search or experimentation with brand visibility in AI assistants.
• Experience building SEO playbooks, content strategies, or client reporting.
• Experience in a high-growth, venture-backed SaaS or marketing technology company.
• German communication skills.
