What you will do
- Lead the Technology, Data & AI transformation roadmap for Operations.
- Translate Operations priorities into a strategically aligned portfolio of digital, data, and AI initiatives.
- Drive adoption of AI, digital products, business intelligence, and information management capabilities.
- Own the portfolio of operational digital products and platforms, including investment prioritisation, governance, and portfolio trade-offs.
- Embed data governance, data quality, and information management practices across the business.
- Partner with architecture, technology, data, and central IT teams to deliver scalable, secure, enterprise-aligned solutions and lead change adoption.
Requirements
- Extensive experience leading digital, technology, data, AI, or business transformation initiatives.
- 12+ years of experience in IT leadership, corporate strategy, technology, digital transformation, or business leadership roles.
- 10+ years of people leadership experience.
- Experience developing and executing multi-year transformation programmes and managing complex portfolios involving products, platforms, analytics, and digital capabilities.
- Strong expertise in data governance, product ownership, digital platforms, operational improvement, and enterprise technology ecosystems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Data, or a related discipline, plus strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Postgraduate qualifications in business or technology.
- Experience partnering with strategic vendors such as SAP, Microsoft, or IBM.
