HR Manager (Italy) (Manufacturing): Leading the HR agenda across four Italian sites and more than 250 employees with an accent on employee relations, Italian labour compliance, talent processes, and local HR team leadership. Focus on coordinating payroll and site services, implementing European HR initiatives, and aligning organizational change with Italian business requirements.
Location: Trecate (NO), Italy. Hybrid schedule with the opportunity to work remotely up to two days per week.
Salary: Starting from €73,000 per annum, plus performance-related bonus and yearly welfare plan.

What you will do
- Lead the HR agenda across four Italian sites, including manufacturing operations with more than 250 employees.
- Partner with country, site, and functional leaders on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, engagement, and change management.
- Manage employee relations, labour relations, HR compliance, and applicable collective labour agreements in Italy.
- Drive onboarding, performance management, compensation input, talent reviews, succession planning, and recruitment coordination.
- Lead and develop the local HR team while collaborating with European HR Centers of Excellence.
- Supervise time and attendance, payroll delivery, benefits administration, company car fleet coordination, reception services, and other shared site activities.
Requirements
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labour Law, Psychology, or a related field.
- 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in an international industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Experience supporting multiple sites, managing employee relations, overseeing payroll interfaces, leading HR operations, and managing local HR teams in Italy.
- Strong knowledge of Italian labour law, employee relations, and applicable collective labour practices.
- Experience with performance and talent processes, compensation cycles, HR systems, data reporting, Microsoft Office, and HRIS tools.
- Italian: native or fluent. English: fluent professional level.

- Master’s degree or HR certification.
