What you will do
- Represent and promote assigned oncology products and approved indications to healthcare professionals.
- Achieve sales objectives through customer engagement and product education.
- Develop and execute territory business plans based on customer needs, market conditions, and performance data.
- Provide disease-state and product expertise to physicians, key opinion leaders, hospitals, academic institutions, and community practices.
- Analyze clinical pathways, market access conditions, payer reimbursement, territory reports, and business trends.
- Maintain customer records, sales reports, budgets, compliance documentation, and sales-force automation data.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- 4 or more years of sales or marketing experience in the pharmaceutical or medical industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to travel approximately 40% to 60%.
- Valid driver's license and a driving record meeting company requirements.
Nice to have
- 4 or more years of oncology therapeutic experience.
- Additional therapeutic experience in training, marketing, or market access.
- Oncology product launch experience.
- Copromotion experience.
